This star Reggae music crooner made his breakthrough at Premier Music Company, Lagos with the hit album titled 'CRISIS' which was produced by legendary music producer - Lemmy Jackson
Before he hit the limelight, Victor Essiet played alongside Majek Fashek, Black Rice & others under the banner-name of JASTIX, a formidable musical band back then. THE MANDATORS made hit after hit under the watchful eyes of ace Music Producer Lemmy Jackson.
Victor Essiet and the Mandators toured many other countries outside of Nigeria.
Somewhere along the line misfortune struck as an integral part of the star's musical band passed on in the person of PEGGY IMANAH, (Victor's wife & mother of his kids). It was a big blow but the Mandators survived, despite the huge setback.
Victor Essiet marched on, as he migrated to the U.S to recuperate and further his career. While in the U.S Victor Essiet released 'CHAMPION BUBBLER' the unique feature of this album is the fact that he was backed by legendary reggae icon Bob Marley's own band - THE WAILERS.
He went ahead on August 21st, 2012 to released yet another album titled - One Love One World.
